Reiki
Reiki is an aid to relaxation, assist in the body's natural healing processes, and develop emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It helps to induce deep relaxation, help people cope with difficulties, relieve emotional stress, and improve overall wellbeing.
The method of receiving Reiki is simple. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation

Reflexology
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary health therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing; by reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience. It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body and Reflexologists work these points and areas.

Hot Stone Reflexology
For this treatment, we work on your feet and legs up to your knees. It’s soothing and relaxing. As some people can handle more heat than others, your reflexologist will always check that the stones are at the right temperature for you. All you need to do is relax and let your body rebalance and heal. You will need to wear something baggy and comfortable whilst having this treatment.
Hot stone reflexology feels like a luxury spa treatment, while also promoting healing in your body.

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders and was originally used to improve scalp and hair condition. It is a deep massage, using a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular massage strokes on your scalp, deep tissue work on your shoulders, and stretching the neck.

By booking a block of holistic sessions you are really prioritising your health and well-being.
After your initial consultation I advise clients to book a block of sessions ranging from 3-6 treatments. This allows you to experience how regular Holistic Therapies can benefit you.
Not only that, block booking is the most cost effective way of receiving regular Holistic Therapy.
Blocks can be bought in sets of 3 or 6 and must be paid for in advance.

In consultation with Alison you can choose how far apart to space your treatments. Most people have weekly or fortnightly treatments to begin with in order to allow the body to respond. Clients then move to having a 3 or 4 weekly "maintenance" session.
*All sessions booked in a block of 3 or 6 must be used within a 12 month period.
